Kolorystyka dopasowana do reszty ekipy Ten Thunders, którą malowałem w zeszłym roku. Wyrazisty czerwony kolor ładnie się komponuje z czarnymi elementami stroju.

The color scheme matches the rest of Ten Thunders crew which I painted last year. Expressive red color fits nicely with black elements of the outfit.

Ten Thunders- Terracota Army

O mały włos zapomniałbym wrzucić fotek tych gości. Są to kolejne modele do ekipy ten thunders jaką od dłuższego czasu "kompletuję" malarsko dla znajomego. Mimo pozornej prostoty schematu kolorystycznego, zajęło mi sporo czasu zanim zdecydowałem się na bardziej "kamienny" wizerunek. Do pomalowania użyłem techniki "suchego pędzla", której staram się unikać ze względu na dość dużą niedokładność i niszczenie pędzli, ale tutaj sprawdziła się idealnie. 

I almost forget about posting photos of these guys. These are the next models for ten thunders team that I have been painting from a long time for a friend. Despite the obvious simplicity of the color scheme, it took me some time before I decided on a "stone" one. For painting I used a "dry brush" technique, which I try to avoid due to quite high inaccuracy and brush damage, but here it worked out perfectly.

Ten Thunders - Monks of Low River

Prezentuję bardzo podobne modele do Wandering River Monks z tą różnicą, że nie trzeba było tak kombinować z mocowaniem do podstawek. Kolorystyka dopasowana do całości składu Ten Thunders.

I present very similar models to Wandering River Monks. The only difference was that, it has been a lot easier to mount it into bases. Color scheme matches the rest of Ten Thunders crew painted so far.  

 

 

 

 

 

Ten Thunders - Katanaka Sniper

Kolejna figurka do systemu mallifaux. Tym razem koleś z karabinem snajperskim. Ładna rzeźba, a i wykonanie bardzo przyzwoite. 



Another miniature fo mallifaux system. This time dude with sniping rifle. Nice sculpture and very decent performance.

Ten Thunders - Brothers

Kolejni Ten Thunders i zacznę od razu od łyżki dziegciu. O ile z grubym gościem nie było problemów (malowało mi się go bardzo przyjemnie), to ci mniejsi, a szczególnie dłuższa broń jednego z nich to kolejne "projektowe" nieporozumienie. Podejście do detali, odwzorowanie skali i dokładność wykonania modeli Wyrd Miniatures to duży plus tej firmy, ale to niestety ma swoją cenę - delikatność. Do tego stopnia niektóre elementy są wrażliwe na choćby najmniejszy dotyk, że przy podkładowaniu za pomocą lakieru w sprayu (przy zalecanej przez producenta odległości 20 cm) jeden z mieczy po prostu się ułamał... Co mogłem to poratowałem GS-em i wrzucam do waszej oceny.

Another Ten Thunders and unfortunately i have to start from one fly in the ointment. The big guy was quite ok but smaller one (with longer weapon) is another design misunderstanding. Approach to details, scale mapping and precision of models from Wyrd Miniatures is a big plus for this company, but it unfortunately comes with a price - fragility. Certain components are so fragile that even the slightest touch can break it (for example in a middle of basing process a paint from spray broke one of the blades...). I've did what i could to patch it by GS and as always effects you can evaluate below.
