Deus vult - Kawaleria mongolska / Deus vult - Mongol cavalry

Modele stworzone do systemu Deus vult wchodzące w skład mongolskiej hordy. Same modele zgrabne, dobrze wykonane i z ładnymi detalami. Szczególnie przypadła mi do gustu dynamika rzeźby samych koni.

Those miniatures are part of the mongol horde and were created for the Deus vult system. However, their purpose is to be quite different. They will be used as models of the khandish warriors on horseback to the Lord of the Rings system (hence the color scheme for riders). From what I have been told it is very difficult to get this cavalry and therefore the necessity of using substitute. Same models are quite graceful, well made and with nice details. I especially like the dynamics of the sculpture of the horses themselves. Bases made of cork, small stones, and wooden glue, and painted with citadel from the technicals - agrellan earth series which is great for such situations.

Tancerz wojny Eloen - leśny elf / Eloen the Wardancer - wood elf

"Athel Loren shall not suffer the presence of Men, nor Orcs, nor Dwarfs, nor Beastmen. If a foe takes a single step upon such sacred soil, they shall not take another."
-Scarloc, Mist Walker of Athel Loren

This beautiful miniature was carved on commision by my brother for a warhammer fantasy roleplay purposes. It is 55 mm high, and here you can read it's history (only in polish)(link). Unfortunately, I do not have enough good camera and skills to fully reflect the beauty of this sculpture, especially the quality and precision of the details, but you have to believe me, it is amazing! With my modest painting skills I tried to give it some colors and you can see effects below. The base for this miniature is also made by my brother and its detailed photos can be viewed here (link). I apologize for the poor quality pics...

Władca pierścieni - Gandalf Szary na koniu / Lord of the rings - Gandalf the Grey Mounted

Podstawka zrobiona z korka, gipsu i odrobiny piasku :).

This time i've got under my brush a beautiful metal miniature of mounted Gandalf the Grey. Fortunately there were no problems with preparation for painting. After cleaning from old paint and pinning a hat i could get up to work and paint it. Base is made of cork, plaster(gypsum) and a bit of sand :).

Władca pierścieni - Zwiadowcy Uruk-hai / Lord of the rings - Uruk-hai scouts

Podstawki mojego autorstwa pasujące do reszty ekipy.

And again, the evil forces from the Lord of the rings, this time filthy and stinky orcs. It was the largest group of models that I have ever had opportunity to paint at one order. It was a fairly long process, because the miniatures were bought from the "second hand" and most were covered with some shitty primer, which took a long time to clean. When painting metal parts of models I used this tutorial to get a nice rust effect (for the first time I'm satisfied with the final effect). The bases are also my creation and matches the rest of the crew from this system.
